Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full days. Delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.

Overnight
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day when placed by 4:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.

Alaska or Hawaii - 2-Day

Military APO/FPO Addresses
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, www.openbax.com is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment.

PO Boxes
Deliveries to PO Boxes in the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post. Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking service and expedited shipping is not available for these shipments.

US Territories
Most items may be shipped to American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. You can expect your order to arrive 3-5 business days when placed by 10:00 am EST Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.

Orders placed on may be delivered by different shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Standard Ground, 2-Day Overnight , First Class Mail and Priority Mail deliveries are shipped via FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) and can be tracked. The tracking information is accessible from Order Status/Tracking on our website, when it becomes available.

Orders delivered to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) are delivered via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and can not currently be tracked. In these instances, Order Status/Tracking on www.openbax.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.
